ORDERS
Once we received your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and shipped out within 2 days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Orders placed by Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday (excluding holidays). All packages are insured and have a tracking number so that the package can be traced. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch. Delivery charges are stated as below:
Domestic Delivery
Free shipping for orders above RM120
West Malaysia: Flat rate RM8
East Malaysia: Flat rate RM13
International Delivery
Singapore: Flate rate MYR 60 (3 - 5 working days)
Southeast/East Asia (Brunei, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Mongolia, Myanmar, North Korea & South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam): Flate rate MYR 150 (5 - 7 working days)
*Due to Global COVID-19, delivery time frame may take longer than usual especially at cross border custom clearance.
*We reserve the right to make an adjustment to the delivery rates without prior notice given.
*For International orders, please be aware that any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you in advance what the cost would be, due to customs policies and import duties vary widely around the world. If you would like to know how much your duties will be on an order, you should contact your local customs office.
Preorder
Preorder are open for items which are not made available yet in ready stock. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) may differ among items even under similar preorder batch. Kindly refer individual product page for the correct ETA. Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the preorder item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All orders checked out are considered final and we do not accept any forms of returns or exchanges unless it is a fault on our part or should your item be damanged during transit. If you receive defective products, please notify us at customerservice@commistyle.com within 3 days upon receving the products to be eligible for an exchange. All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days. The item must be returned to us in unused, perfect condition. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Shipping charges on the returned item are at the customer's expense. However, we will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for the returned item will be made within 1 week upon receiving of the returned item. We have the rights to deny any returns if the merchanise does not meet our return requirements. Any item lost in transportation will not be compensated.

Payment
We accept Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), Apple Pay, Paypal, or Offline Payment (Bank Transfer & Cash Deposit). You will receive the order confirmation via email after you place the order. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us before it has been processed.
Order shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, duties or VAT. For more information, please contact your local custom agency.
Prices
All prices are final and stated in MYR, Malaysia Ringgit. No cancellations accepted once the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Please check your order and make sure you are the right card holder before proceeding to payment. By proceeding the payment means you have agree all of our policies. Delivery charges will be shown in the cart. We retain the right to change prices at any time.
PRIVACY
We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. We do not rent, sell or distribute our customer base e-mails to anyone. We also do not store your credit card details on our server, all credit card purchases are processed through a secure payment gateway.
